When founding Sila, our aim was to create a seamless connection between the farm and restaurant, focused on minimalism, earth tones, and sustainability. House of Katha not only embraced but enhanced this vision by exploring our 200-acre farm for overlooked colors and textures. This holistic approach infused authenticity into every detail, transforming Sila into a narrative-rich oasis.

 

Today, Sila is more than a restaurant; it’s an immersive story for guests. We are grateful for House of Katha's contribution to the Ervana journey and look forward to future collaborations.
